TeamSignals is a feedback platform that allows coaches and team leaders to send anonymous polls to their team members and view aggregated results.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring you have permission to add team members to your account
  • Using the service in compliance with applicable laws

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose
  • Harass, abuse, or harm others through the service
  • Attempt to identify anonymous respondents
  • Send spam or unsolicited messages
  • Interfere with the service's operation
  • Attempt to access accounts or data belonging to others

4. Privacy and Data

Your use of TeamSignals is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in that policy.

5. Anonymity Promise

TeamSignals is designed to provide anonymous feedback. We do not provide features that allow coaches to identify individual respondents. Attempting to circumvent this anonymity through any means is a violation of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

The TeamSignals service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you create (questions, team data).

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeamSignals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
